K is for Kelly

I had a great weekend :)

Saturday didn't work out as what we've planned, but it's still good (which I believe having internal locus of control is the key). Met Mag in town and we sat down with our beverages and had a conversation in between mouthfuls of freshly baked apple pies lovingly prepared by my mum. :) We checked out recipe books with tantalising pictures, self-help books and language guides, and Mag was trying to pronounce phrases. Hahaha, funfunfun! :) We also walked around Wisma after that and I'm really amazed that we didn't buy anything! Dinner was Japanese noodles for us, and I like our bare-soul conversations :) No judgments, just a pair of listening ears and a heart that knows exactly how to handle each other's feelings. We walked around a lil bit more before we decided to call it a day, sit down and grab a drink before we went on our separate ways. Next meet-up will be for our girly-girl movie Sex & the City! :)

I just got back from watching Ironman with my secondary school friend, and I really enjoyed the movie! This has got to be one of the better superheroes movie I've seen. I love Tony Stark's cockiness and his wit. He's just so charismatic and we all love a-bad-boy-gone-somewhat-good story, right? In short, I had a great dinner, awesome company and I don't think I can ask for more :)

These are my simplest pleasures in life :)
