Last February (if I recall correctly), Taylor Swift performed in Australia but I was back in Singapore for summer vacay/ internship and I missed out on it. :(
Then later on sometime in August or something my sister told me that she was going to catch Taylor Swift's concert in Singapore and she asked me if I were going to go and I stubbornly said no. I said no because if I said yes, it means I'll be back in Singapore and give up on my dreams of working overseas. And I wasn't not going to go back to Singapore without putting up a fight.

But as things turned out, I was ready to head back to Singapore and Sam wanted to get the tickets but the concert tickets had long been sold out. :( So... I said a silent prayer, and hope that God would somehow miraculously present me with a ticket.
And He answered my prayers! My sister won tickets and she took me to the concert! :)
Anyway the concert was amazing! I've been to numerous musicals before but this is my first concert and I'm glad it's Taylor Swift :) She was such a performer and I totally enjoyed every minute of it. I'm sure the audience at the back appreciated her moving to the back and performing a couple of songs on the elevated platform away from the main stage. She's really talented - she could play the piano, the guitar and the ukelele! Everything was so well-rehearsed, even her banter with the audience. I wish she was a little more spontaneous for that though.. But overall, I really love the whole experience and I would wanna attend her concert again if she's gonna perform in Singapore again! :)
