It's only the first week of uni and I'm already feeling slightly overwhelmed. My planner is filling up faster than I can say "wait" and I pray that I'm able to handle every activity that's coming my way.
So what I've been up to? I only attended 2 lectures this week and I was 1 hour late for one of it because I thought it starts at 4pm when it actually starts at 3pm! *facepalm* I thought the lecturer was really enthusiastic and my clasmates were really punctual because I was probably just 1 or 2 minutes late. Things started to feel a bit weird when the lecturer started to say, "okay, to wrap things up" and "we gotta to wrap up", that's when I realised I was late -.-" You know what this means? I gotta get a notebook and print out my timetable, which I haven't done so. Hahaha
Other than uni, I've been kept busy with other activities. Attending meeting for SSA related stuff, helping to set up and man the SSA booth, hanging out with bestie, watching cheer practice, attending my friends' graduation ceremonies, meeting up with a couch surfer, and this Saturday, there's a SSA bbq happening and I've got tickets from Brisbane Marketing to go watch the match between the Wallabies and South Africa's Springboks later at night! =D And on Sunday, it's a full day out for me, volunteering at Hillsong as a host (to greet people and make them feel welcome), cheer practice, and then radio later at night.
Next week will also be action-packed, going down to UQ to recruit new people who are keen to be part of the radio show, worship practice, and I'm still thinking if I wanna attend the AFL game at the Gabba that Brisbane Marketing has lined up for us ambassadors but I guess my decision depends on who else will be going down.
Alrighty, gotta run soon! Meeting the gang later for coffee/dinner/movie at Southbank.
