Today I was watching Jamie Oliver on the Oprah show and he really struck me as someone who has truly come alive. He's passionate about creating delicious foods from fresh ingredients and educating people about the things they put in their mouths. It's just so inspiring to see someone so convicted to his cause in a bid to make the world a better place.
