The temperature is 30 degrees now. I was totally melting in the heat while walking back to our apartment. Though it's fun to throw on a stripey sundress, a hat and an armful of bangles for that summer look, I can't wait for fall to come. Fall, do you hear me? Don't creep on me silently, don't keep me waiting for too long. Come run towards me and leap into my arms. This heat is making me lethargic and I've been taking naps on a daily basis now. I'm definitely sleeping more than I did last semester.
Anyways, I had my first lesson yesterday and it was Drawing for Fashion. I think I'm loving it! It's been a long time since I last drew something and I'm quite happy with my level of drawing. It's not that a person is talented or what, it's just that the person has better observational skills and is able to put down pen to paper what he/she sees. :) With that said, I'll be keeping a sketchbook in my bag from now on. :)
Okay, time for nap now.
