As you might have already known, I've put on a hefty 4kg ever since I came back. I've been complaining about my weight gain but my friends have been telling me that I look the same. Hahaha, it's either my hairstylist did a very good job with a haircut that helps to hide my fat face, or my friends think that I wouldn't be able to take it if they tell me I'm fat after pointing out that I have bad skin now. But anyway, the weighing scale don't lie and I believe in my weighing scale.

I find it extremely hard to exercise outdoors. Exercising outdoors meant that I'm at the mercy of the weather and I'm exposed to smells (read: cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes, foods, etc) and idiots who insist on hogging the entire path. I wanted to get a month-long gym membership with Amore but they didn't want my business and I didn't want to go to any other gym. So in the end, I decided to just suck it up and started running twice daily.

It might be windy when I run at night, but I love to run the most in the morning when the air is cool and fresh, and majority of the people are still in bed so no one is out on the streets to block my way while I'm running. I've dropped 1 kg since I begun running and I hope the weight loss will continue. If I go back to low 40s, I'll go try out for a spot on the competitive cheerleading squad. =D
