On the first day of the new year, I went back to basics.
I've been taking Pilates classes for a while now and somewhere along the way I got complacent with my ability to execute the different moves and forgot that it was a mind-body awareness workout.

So going back for for fundamental pilates class after yogasana on Thursday was in a way refreshing. I was in awe when I saw my instructor's abdominal area was concave when he engaged his core and I realised... I've been slacking off all this while. =X Now I truly understand how come my abs were no longer as flat as before hahaha! I'm soooo gonna work hard and get it back x)
