K is for Kelly

=) Oh what a glorious, glorious day!

The sun was bright and sunny without a cloud in the sky this morning when I made my way to JMC to get my stitches removed. The process was relatively painless, just slightly uncomfortable. I'm glad that I'm all healed! No cavity for food to get trapped in, it's as if I never had wisdom teeth at all! =)

Thank God I checked my appointment card, somehow in my mind I kept thinking it was 11:30am. Turns out that it was 10am instead, luckily I checked before I went for Yogasana class, so I changed outta my outfit and went for my appointment.. I really have a problem keeping up with my appointments. *tsktsk*

Oh, have I mentioned that Jurong Point has expanded? Ohmygoodness, I love living in the west! =D There are so many eating places that I'm utterly spoilt for choice: New York New York, Fig & Olive, Dian Xiao Er, Thai Express etc. So after my appointment, I was wandering around shopping for Christmas presents... Hahaha! I was munching throughout the whole time, first on a chocolate waffle and next on a curry puff =P

By the way, Amore at Jurong Point is awesome! I lovelovelove it there so much! I love that the toilets are using some energy-conserving mechanism so the lights only turns on when the door is locked/closed, the fact that there's 2 studios now, the bath area looks really inviting and the equipments in the gym are spanking new! Now I'm looking forward to my weekends at Jurong Point.. Hehehe

I've been reading alot recently, finished Thanks for the Memories by Cecelia Ahern and Change of Heart by Jodi Picoult. I really admire writers for their ability to conjure such riveting plots... I really couldn't put down the books. Change of Heart was really.... thought-provoking. Moral dilemnas, religion, law... This is my third Jodi Picoult book that I've read and I loved it alot. I love the fact that there are always books waiting to be read by me in the house because my mum keeps buying them for the sisters heh!

It's a fruitful day spent; Just finished a little project and I hope the recipient loves it, sent out a package to a dear friend, bought some Christmas presents for friends. Still gotta crack my head on gifts to get for some peeps... Gotta go now, driving lessons later!
