i'm feeling quite crappy actually.
i haven't been sleeping well for close to a week. i have trouble staying asleep because i'm very easily affected by light. it doesn't help when i sleep slightly before 12 and wake up at 6ish (due to light escaping into the room). >=[
Even exercise is not helping me to stay asleep longer. I don't even fall asleep on the bus ride to work anymore. *sigh* What can I do to get a good night's rest?
