Last Friday at Lao Beijing for our department (traffic) lunch with Mr Ong from Ascent Media (considered business lunch or not??), the guy who gives us much-dreaded phonecalls on weekends (actually anyday if there's something wrong with the commercials) :

It's easy to see how hard it is to stay in shape with all the food around... HAHAHAHAHA

And today, we have a special visitor at MTV, PLANKTON from Bikini Bottom!
