i dont think it's very nice to scream at people and acting all diva-ish. talk to them nicely, tell them what's wrong. you wouldn't like it if people do that to you, would you?
i dont like it when people keep disappearing for training. it's just 7 days to the big day. we need to get our act together people!
we need to have faith that we will win because having confidence is half the battle won. but faith can only take us that far, the rest will depend on how hard we train and how badly we want to win.
come on magnum, we can do this together. make this a nationals that we can all remember fondly and for us graduating seniors to leave NP/Magnum happily. let the challenge trophy be ours.

my last paper

haha, i'm in school right now with yixin and weicai. and together, we are all studying for our papers.. :) weird as it may sound, im enjoying revision. may be because i'm starting revision early this time around, may be because this is the last time i'm mugging for an examination [HAHAHA! to those who are furthering their education in Unis =P]
oh, did i tell you that my group won the ad cre pitch? amazing. hahaha, and we were talking, if we won the pitch, it would be kinda funny cuz it was entirely last minute work. =p
i think i'll miss school. every bit of school, the nasty bits and the pleasant ones. will blog more later.
just something to think about: when was the last time you said something encouraging and positive?

YESYESYES!!
:) Think I didn't blog about me applying for internship at this outdoor advertising company. well anyway, they rang me up yesterday when i was still snoozing away at around 10ish. and they wanted to meet me! x) was damn happy lah.
So I went for the 'chat' as they put it. =) We talked alot, about my portfolio, about what I wanna do in future and stuff like that. All I can say is... it's gonna be an amazing journey. x) I'm allowed to come in for 2-3 hours and leave for training in the evening, I will be working closely with them on the marketing and design stuff, I can just inform them and go off for job interviews and so on so forth... exciting!
1st March - first day to report for work. *grin* New chapter begins.
Valentine's day was spent training with Magnum and classmates at Batey. =] baby cooked for me! :) really really really touched. :) love him loads.

:) Home at Kismis
We are at staying at Kismis Lodge already! We are staying in the block that houses lecturers and students, and not the one that we live in last year. Apparently they cleaned up the place for us... so it’s really good :) I love my room! I mean, at least the view from my room. I get to see sunsets! So yesterday evening while waiting for my dinner, I was working on my assignment and stealing peeks at the sunset... awesome. :) I will upload pictures where when I can. Oh yeah, some members actually brought their luggage suits with them! Hehehe, damn cute lah. x)
The apartment is cleaner than I thought. :) Minimal/ no clean-up done. =P last year’s apartments were terrible! Probably because we didn’t clean up. Hehehe, but it’s still the same… No fridge or washing machine... So last night, I washed my clothes in the first time after so long. Time to learn to be independent! x)
Still need to pick up stuff from my beloved sister kelda at clementi interchange in a while’s time. Time to go freshen up and be ready to face the new day!

I found it!
=) yay!
i believe in good luck and good karma x)
i thought i've lost my tiffany&co necklace for good, but it turned out that grace kept it, without knowing it belonged to me =) hehe..
im going to continue doing more good deeds! =)
im gonna return the handphone that was found to its rightful owner ASAP!
oh well.. openhouse was alright... big crowd when it came to our performance time as usual. but it was darn tiring trying to move trophies and loadsa stuff from the clubhouse to the atrium.. damn exhausting if you're doing it alone, but thank god aishah came over and helped out a whole lot! =)
don't think i can sleep early tonight... needa get radio journ script churned out and questions for interviewees asap.
final presentation for PITCH is on 13th Feb... good luck to me man!
kismis lodge stay-in will begin on 12th feb and end on 18th feb... let the havoc-ing begin!! *that's if we still have energy after training hehehe*

I still need sleep
I have very low EQ when I'm tired and cranky. )=
I've only gotten 8 hours of rest since last night because i was woken up by calls from a very irritating person. So I'm taking the opportunity to bitch about a certain individual in my group.
First of all, you know you're the emcee for the event already, then jolly well prepare your script! it's not as if you know about it last minute. don't waste everybody's time by preparing your script on the fricking eve of the event. it's very fricking irritating you know. oh by the way, you make a very lousy emcee. but i guess that explains when you don't have a proper script to rehearse well. if you cant do impromptu, don't try. not at the stake of screwing up the entire event.
Stop shifting the blame onto other people lah huh, when the photos are supposed to be all with you, dont say "i thought ________ had it with them..", "i thought ..." and "i thought ...", you're no tweety bird, so dont go "i thought, i thought" okay. sheeesh.
Stop thinking you're the only one who's oh-so-busy loh. I have trainings to go to, I have magnum business to handle, I have assignments to do and things to rush as well. Others also have their own share of work to worry about loh. So stop pushing work around when it's YOUR job. So two-faced, when you're around us, you were so flustered, you flared up at us and all, complaining about the shitload of work you're doing, about which media not picking up your call, yadayada, and then in 10 mins' time, you appear so calm and collected and composed in front of the supervisor. i seriously think you need ur advanced PR classes if you're going to be the media and publicity person. if you're supposed to be the publicist, go be like one. i don't think you really work hard on those story angles. i prollly can think of those in like, 5 mins? pffft. i think this means something: you're not cut-out to be a people-person or a publicist. so go do something else and look busy while you're at it.
and you came the latest among all. that's like so irritating loh, others came late because they had to wait for each other. you were going the same way with our dearest supervisor, you could hitch a ride but you didn't. PUI. i came alone and i came the earliest loh, i came on time. but i didn't come to feed the mosquitoes hor.
AIYAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. i shall stop complaining and go think about something nice.
